Software built around how you already work.
Most software makes you work its way. We build the kind that works yours, whether that turns out to be a dashboard, an integration, an AI agent or a full platform for your team and your customers. Most of it replaces something your team is doing by hand today.
If your team does it by hand, we can build it.
Most builds combine two of these. If you don't know which you need, walk us through how the work happens now and we'll tell you what's worth building before any code is written.
The system your team works in all day
Orders, jobs, inventory, quality checks and billing, pulled out of spreadsheets and paper tickets into one place that runs from intake to invoice, connected to the accounting tools you already keep.
Integrations & dashboards →
When your tools don’t talk, someone moves the data by hand. We connect what you have, or replace five overlapping subscriptions with one system, and put the numbers that matter on a single screen.
IN PRODUCTION: EAGLE MEDICAL BILLING BUILD_03Applied AI →
Voice agents, document processing, and the data entry someone does by hand today. AI doing a job inside your process, including local processing when the data is too sensitive to leave your building.
IN PRODUCTION: INTEGRATED CLINIX BUILD_04Customer-facing tools →
Quoting tools, portals, booking and intake. Software your customers touch directly, which means it has to be fast, clear and reliable every time.
IN PRODUCTION: JTR SPECIALTIESWe spend the time up front, then build quickly.
The expensive mistake in a custom build is getting a long way into the wrong thing. Most of our time goes into making sure that doesn’t happen.
Understanding the job comes first
Before anything gets designed we walk through the work with the people who actually do it. That is where the risk in a custom build sits, so that is where the time goes. Once the shape is clear we move quickly, and everything that ships goes through engineering review.
Built on real architecture
Permissions, backups, error handling, security. The unglamorous work that keeps a system running when something goes wrong.
Designed like a product
Internal tools are usually the ugliest software anyone touches, and that costs real money. Tools people hate get worked around, and the spreadsheet creeps back. To the people in it eight hours a day it is a product, so we build it like one.
The claims platform we built for Eagle Medical Billing.
One build with everything on this page in it. Deep integration, local AI parsing, security for regulated data, and a workspace the team likes using.
Custom software that fully integrated to manage claims.
Eagle's billing system outputs claim detail one way: PDF reports. No export, no API. Every claim was re-typed into a spreadsheet, and keeping up with volume was about to cost two full-time hires.
A platform that ingests those PDFs in batches, parses them locally so claim data never reaches an external AI service, validates every extraction against existing records, and tracks each failed claim to resolution in one workspace.
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and an audit log on every action. Built for HIPAA-regulated medical billing data.
From problem to production.
You don't need to arrive knowing what to build. Bring the process that hurts, and we'll work through it together.

ONGOINGStraight answers
Doesn't a custom solution cost hundreds of thousands of dollars?
It used to, and from an enterprise vendor it still does. You are paying for per-seat licensing, an hourly team for a year, and software built for a whole industry rather than for your business. Our builds are scoped to your workflow and quoted flat after a scoping call, so you know the number before we write code. It costs far less than most owners expect, and usually less than the hires or subscriptions it replaces.
And if a $50-a-month off-the-shelf tool solves your problem, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a build.
How long does a build take?
Timelines depend on scope. Most builds take weeks. You see working software throughout, so you always know where it stands.
Is our data safe with AI involved?
Yes. We decide where your data is allowed to travel before we design anything else. For Eagle Medical Billing, we built local document parsing plus role-based access, encryption, and audit logging, so claim data never touches an external AI system. If your data can't leave your environment, we build it so it doesn't.
Our industry has audits and certifications. Can a custom system handle that?
Yes, and it's one of the strongest reasons to build. When every lot, batch, or job is tracked in one system from intake through shipment, the audit trail builds itself as your team works. Records are time-stamped, attached to the work, and ready when the auditor asks instead of reconstructed from paper the week before.
How much of this is just AI writing code?
AI makes execution fast once we know what we are building. It does not decide what to build, and nothing reaches you unreviewed. Prompting until something appears to work gets you software that demos well and falls over in production, with no security review, no error handling and no plan for when something breaks. The scoping and the engineering review are what separate the two, and they are the parts we do not rush.
We know something's wrong, but not what to build. Can we still call?
That's the normal starting point. Most clients arrive with a process that hurts and no idea what to build. On the call we work through it together. The answer might be a dashboard, an integration, an AI agent, or a process change that costs nothing. Either way, you leave knowing the best way to solve it.
