Custom dashboards, AI agents, and platforms, built around your business.
Most software makes you work its way. We build the kind that works yours: dashboards, integrations, AI agents, and full platforms for your team and your customers. Custom used to be out of reach for small businesses. It isn't anymore.
If your team runs on re-typing, spreadsheets, and tools that don't talk to each other, that is a software problem, and fixing it is now affordable. We build custom systems for small businesses: dashboards, integrations, AI workflows and agents, and full platforms, internal and customer-facing.
If you're assuming that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars: it used to. Those quotes come from enterprise vendors billing hourly teams for a year. AI-first development changed that math, and we have the engineering background to use it right. See the case files.
If your team does it by hand, we can build it.
Most projects combine two or three of these.
One centralized system for tracking everything
Orders, inventory, jobs, quality checks, deliveries, and billing, pulled out of spreadsheets and paper tickets into one system that runs from intake to invoice, connected to the accounting tools you keep.
Custom dashboards →
The numbers that run your business on one screen, pulled live from the tools that hold them.

When tools don't talk, your team becomes the integration. We connect what you have, or consolidate five subscriptions into one system that fits.
FEWER TOOLS · ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH BUILD_03AI workflows & agents →
Voice agents, document processing, follow-ups that never slip. AI doing real work inside your process, not a chatbot pasted on your site.

If someone re-types PDFs or emails into a spreadsheet, that's a job for software. Includes secure local parsing for data too sensitive for external AI tools.

Systems your team works in all day, designed around the job. Intake, processing, quality checks, inventory, outbound: all tracked in one place.
BUILT FOR YOUR PROCESS · NOT A TEMPLATECustom costs less than you think.
Most owners assume six figures. Here's where that number comes from, and how we price instead.
THE OLD MATH Six-figure quotes
- Enterprise platforms licensed per seat, per year, forever
- A development team billing hourly for twelve months
- A thousand features built for someone else's business
- Rollouts measured in years, plus change orders
THE NEW MATH How we price
- Scoped to your workflow, nothing else
- AI-first build, engineer-reviewed: weeks, not quarters
- One flat quote before any code is written
- No sales team or license stack padding the bill
AI-first. Engineer-checked.
AI is why custom software got affordable. It's not a substitute for engineering.
AI-accelerated, human-reviewed
AI runs through the entire build. Everything ships through engineering review, led by 12 years of product engineering, not pasted from a chat window.
Built on real architecture
Permissions, backups, error handling, security. The unglamorous work that keeps a system running when something goes wrong.
Your data stays yours
When data is too sensitive for external AI services, we build local processing so it never leaves your environment, with the role-based access, encryption, and audit logging regulated data demands. We do this for HIPAA-regulated medical billing data today.
Tools people enjoy using every day.
Software only pays off if people use it. Design decides that.
Internal tools are usually the ugliest software anyone touches, and it costs real money: tools people hate get worked around, and the spreadsheet creeps back. We design every build like a product, because to the people in it eight hours a day, it is one.
Look at the case files. The claims dashboard and the quoting app got the same design attention as any customer-facing site. That's the default, not a premium tier.
The claims platform we built for Eagle Medical Billing.
Everything on this page in one real build: deep integration, local AI parsing, security for regulated data, and a workspace the team actually likes using.
Custom software that fully integrated to manage claims.
Eagle's billing system outputs claim detail one way: PDF reports. No export, no API. Every claim was re-typed into a spreadsheet, and keeping up with volume was about to cost two full-time hires.
A platform that ingests those PDFs in batches, parses them locally so claim data never reaches an external AI service, validates every extraction against existing records, and tracks each failed claim to resolution in one workspace.
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and an audit log on every action. Built for HIPAA-regulated medical billing data.

ONGOINGStraight answers
Doesn't custom software cost hundreds of thousands of dollars?
It used to, and from an enterprise vendor it still does: per-seat licensing, an hourly team for a year, software built for an entire industry instead of your business. Our builds are scoped to your workflow and quoted flat after a scoping call, so you know the number before we write code. It costs far less than most owners expect, and usually less than the hires or subscriptions it replaces.
And if a $50-a-month off-the-shelf tool solves your problem, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a build.
How long does a build take?
Timelines depend on scope, but most builds take weeks, not quarters. You see working software throughout the build, not a reveal at the end.
Is our data safe with AI involved?
Yes. We decide where your data is allowed to travel before we design anything else. For Eagle Medical Billing, we built local document parsing plus role-based access, encryption, and audit logging, so claim data never touches an external AI system. If your data can't leave your environment, we build it so it doesn't.
Our industry has audits and certifications. Can a custom system handle that?
Yes, and it's one of the strongest reasons to build. When every lot, batch, or job is tracked in one system from intake through shipment, the audit trail builds itself as your team works. Records are time-stamped, attached to the work, and ready when the auditor asks, not reconstructed from paper the week before.
What does "not a vibe-coding shop" mean?
Vibe coding is prompting an AI until something appears to work, then shipping it. It demos well and falls over in production: no security review, no error handling, no plan for when something breaks. We use AI for speed and apply real engineering on top: architecture, review, testing, monitoring. You get AI's cost savings without betting your operations on unreviewed output.
We know something's wrong, but not what to build. Can we still call?
That's the normal starting point. Most clients arrive with a process that hurts, not a spec. On the call we work through it together. The answer might be a dashboard, an integration, an AI agent, or a process change that costs nothing. Either way, you leave knowing the best way to solve it.
