We’re building a platform around Weinlaeder’s inventory, bins, and business relationships, so daily work follows the company’s processes without workarounds.
Eagle Medical Billing
PDF processing and claims tracking.
We replaced manual entry from PDF reports with local document processing and a shared claims queue. Staff can check the extracted details and track failed claims through resolution.
JTR Specialties
Job costing and quoting software.
We built a quoting application using the shop’s own costs, alongside a new brand and website documenting its machining capabilities.
Integrated Clinix
AI call intake for patient billing questions.
We built an AI voice agent to answer billing calls, collect patient questions, and screen out spam. Staff receive call notes so they can prepare before calling back.
When standard software doesn’t fit.
Important rules live outside the software. Pricing, inventory, or customer requirements still need separate spreadsheets and manual checks. We build those rules into the system.
The same information gets entered twice. Staff copy records between systems because the tools don’t share data. We connect the systems and automate those transfers.
Documents and calls need manual processing. Someone reads each document or listens to each message before work can begin. We build workflows that extract the information and flag what needs review.
If an existing product covers the requirements, we’ll recommend it. Custom development is worth considering when the workarounds become a substantial part of the job.

Not automatically. We decide how data is handled as part of the design. For Eagle Medical Billing, for example, we built document processing that runs inside their own environment without sending claim data to an external AI service.
