Custom solutions and AI for businesses

Custom solutions built around your business.

Whether you are replacing a spreadsheet that outgrew itself, or putting AI inside a process that still needs a person, we scope the work, build the system and keep it running.

We build on a modern stack rather than stitching together workflow builders like n8n, Make or Zapier, which break as soon as anything changes. We test current AI models against real client workloads before we ship them. We have built an acquisition platform for a jet brokerage, claims software for a medical billing company, a quoting app for an aerospace machine shop and a voice agent that answers every billing call. And we would love to hear from you.

30 minutes, free. Bring the problem. If custom isn't the answer, we'll say so.

CASE_01 · ACQUISITION PLATFORM
Smarter Aircraft acquisition platform, inventory view with 1,151 listings

65 to 85 hours a month back for their team.

Smarter Aircraft tracked every jet model in a separate spreadsheet, and the market research behind every listing was done by hand. We built the platform their acquisition process runs on. Listings are scraped directly from the broker sites, price and status changes are recorded against the right aircraft automatically, and a document pipeline strips the selling broker out of a spec sheet in 30 seconds.

CASE_02 · CUSTOM INTERNAL SOFTWARE
Eagle Medical Billing custom claims dashboard

Two hires avoided by building the system instead.

Their billing platform only outputs claim detail as PDF reports, so every claim was typed into a spreadsheet by hand. We built an internal system that pulls the data straight from those PDFs, parses it locally so nothing touches an external AI service, and tracks every failed claim through to resolution.

CASE_03 · AI VOICE AGENT
Integrated Clinix website, specialty therapy from the comfort of home

An AI voice agent that answers every billing call.

Billing questions all landed in one voicemail box, and the team couldn't answer every call. Their AI voice agent now picks up every time, takes down the details, and screens out spam, so callbacks start with the full picture already on hand.

CASE_04 · RFQ INTAKE + QUOTING APP
JTR Specialties website hero, flight-critical aerospace machining

A quoting app for a shop that quoted by hand.

JTR machines complex parts for aerospace, and every quote was built from scratch, with pricing assembled by hand and margin estimated job by job. We built a custom job-costing app that turns an incoming RFQ into a priced quote against the shop's real numbers. The rebrand and site came with it, so their capabilities are on record for the vendor checks larger contracts require.

02 / WHAT WE KEEP FINDING

Most of the businesses we work with run on the same three workarounds.

The spreadsheet became the database. It started as a way to track one thing, and now it holds the orders, the pricing and the schedule. The formulas are load-bearing, so nobody changes them.

Your team is the integration. The quoting tool does not talk to accounting, so a person copies numbers between them all week. The data is only as accurate as the last copy.

The process lives in one person's head. It works because they remember it, which makes it difficult to hand to a new hire and unavailable the week they are away.

None of that is a discipline problem. It is what happens when software that fits your business was never affordable to build. Enterprise vendors quoted six figures and a year of rollout, so you built a workaround instead. Those costs have come down far enough that the trade-off is different now.

COST_01

Payroll spent on data entry

Skilled people spend part of every week re-typing, reconciling and locating the current version of a file. That is salaried time going to work a system can do in the background.

COST_02

Errors nobody can trace

A single wrong cell in a quote prices a job under cost. Spreadsheets keep no record of how a number was reached, so the error surfaces after the margin is gone.

COST_03

A ceiling on volume

More volume means more manual work, which means more people to do it. The workaround ends up setting the limit on how much the business can take on.

All three are solvable with software built around the process you already have. That is the work we do.
03 / WHAT WE BUILD

Systems that take manual work off your team.

01

Workflow automation

Anywhere a person moves data from one place to another, software can do it instead. We built a job-costing app for JTR Specialties and local claims parsing for Eagle Medical Billing.

  • RFQ and quote intake that turns an incoming email or PDF into a priced quote
  • Data entry automation that pulls line items out of documents your systems only export as PDFs
  • Secure local parsing for data too sensitive to send to an external AI service
  • Reports and reconciliations that run on a schedule instead of taking someone's Friday
  • Job, order, and inventory tracking moved out of spreadsheets and into a real system
02

Systems integration

When your tools do not share data, someone moves it by hand. We replace that with integrations and a single record everything reads from. For Smarter Aircraft, the same aircraft listed on four sites resolves into one.

  • Integrations between the systems you already pay for, including the accounting tools you keep
  • Consolidation of five overlapping subscriptions into one system that fits your process
  • Custom dashboards that pull live from every source, so the numbers sit on one screen
  • One source of truth for orders, jobs, inventory, and billing
03

Applied AI

AI doing a job someone on your team does today. We test current models against your own documents and calls before anything ships. We built the voice agent that answers every billing call for Integrated Clinix.

  • Voice agents that answer every call, capture the details, and screen out spam
  • Document processing that reads what comes in and files it where it belongs
  • Follow-up that chases every open quote without anyone having to remember
  • Classification and routing so the right work reaches the right person automatically

You work with the engineers who build it

Twelve years of product engineering leads every build. We do the architecture, we write the code and we answer when something breaks.

We spend the time understanding the problem, then move quickly

The risk in a custom build is getting a long way into the wrong thing, so that is where our time goes. Once the shape is clear the building is quick, and everything that ships goes through engineering review, with permissions, backups, error handling and security part of every build.

You do not need a spec

Walk us through what your team does by hand and we will scope it. If the answer is a tool you can buy for $40 a month, we will tell you that.

One team, start to finish

The people on the first call are the people doing the work. Nothing is handed to a junior team or routed through an account manager.

05 / FIT CHECK

Where we are a good fit.

GOOD FIT Worth a conversation

  • Your team spends hours every week on data entry, re-typing or reconciling spreadsheets
  • The software you need doesn't exist off the shelf, or the version that does costs more than it saves
  • You know your process well enough to walk us through it, even if you can't spec it
  • You want a system that keeps improving after launch

NOT A FIT Probably not worth it

  • You want the cheapest possible build
  • You need it live next week
  • You want to hand off a spec and never discuss it again (we'll need your team's input on how the work actually happens)
What we don't do
We don't bill hourly We don't sell seats or licenses We don't build what you can already buy

One flat quote before any code is written. And if a build won't save you more than it costs, we'll tell you not to build it.

06 / THE PROCESS

From first call to a system your team runs on.

Scope and flat quote

We map the workflow, define exactly what gets built, and give you one flat quote before any code is written. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.

1–2 WEEKS
STEP_03

Build

With the scope settled the build moves quickly, and everything that ships gets reviewed. You see working software the whole way through.

Run & improve

We host it, monitor it, and keep building as your process changes. The system should be more useful in year two than it was at launch.

ONGOING
07 / QUESTIONS

Straight answers

Less than the six-figure quotes most owners have seen. Those come from enterprise vendors billing a team of contractors for a year and then licensing you seats forever. We scope to your workflow and nothing else, spend the time working out what is actually worth building, and give you one flat quote before any code is written. If a build won't save you more than it costs, we'll tell you not to do it.

Most systems ship in 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. AI voice agents are faster, usually 2 to 3. You see working software throughout, so you're never waiting months to find out whether we understood the problem.

That is the normal starting point, and it is the part we are good at. You don't need a spec. We map what your team does by hand, where the hours go, and what breaks when someone is out. Then we tell you what's worth building and what isn't.

Yes. It's your system. We build it, we'll host and support it if you want us to, and you are not locked into us to keep using it.

AI accelerates how we build the software. It is not automatically handling your data. When information is too sensitive for external AI services, we build local processing so it never leaves your environment, with role-based access, encryption, and audit logging. We do this today for HIPAA-regulated medical billing data.

Then we'll tell you to buy it. We don't make money selling you software you don't need, and a subscription that solves the problem for $40 a month beats a custom build every time. Custom is worth it when the tool doesn't exist, or when the one that does costs more than it saves.

We host, monitor, and support the system, and keep building as your process changes. Most clients only spot the second and third things worth automating once the first system is running and the hours start coming back.

Yes. High-performing sites, SEO, AI search visibility, and lead generation are all part of what we do, and for some clients that's the whole engagement. See services for that side of the business. This page covers the systems work, because that is where we deliver the most value.
