A listing platform that reads aircraft documents for the team.
Smarter Aircraft manages every listing in a platform we built. AI reads the aircraft documents and fills in the listing details, and follow-up with brokers is automated.
Weinlaeder Seed Company
Inventory and contract tracking built for a seed company.
Off-the-shelf inventory software would have forced Weinlaeder into workarounds. We’re building a system around how they already track contracts, acreage, and bin inventory.
Eagle Medical Billing
Claim PDFs read automatically instead of retyped.
Eagle’s billing system only produces PDF reports, so staff were retyping claims into a spreadsheet. Now the system reads the PDFs, checks them against existing records, and lists failed claims for follow-up.
JTR Specialties
Quotes based on the shop’s real costs.
JTR used to build quotes by hand and estimate the margin job by job. Now the quoting tool works from the shop’s own cost figures, so the margin is clear before a quote goes out. We also built their brand and website.

Billing calls answered, with notes ready for the callback.
Billing questions used to pile up in voicemail. Now an AI voice agent answers, asks what the call is about, and screens out spam, so staff know the question before they call back.

No. We can start with the current process and what needs to change. A walkthrough of the existing tools and a real job helps us define the requirements.
Staff will need to explain the process, answer questions, and test working versions. We agree on that involvement during scoping.
Yes. You own the code and can move hosting and maintenance to another provider.
Not automatically. We decide how data is handled as part of the design. For Eagle Medical Billing, for example, we built document processing that runs inside their own environment without sending claim data to an external AI service.
