A rebrand, website, and custom quoting app for an aerospace machine shop.

The problem

JTR Specialties machines complex, tight-tolerance parts for the aerospace industry, and had no website at all. Larger contracts require a vendor the buyer can vet: capabilities listed, equipment documented, a brand that signals the shop takes the work as seriously as they do. Without that, the bigger RFQs went elsewhere, and quoting the jobs they did win was slow and manual.

What we built

A complete rebrand and a website that puts the shop’s real capabilities on record, with cinematic video that shows the work the way a facility walkthrough would. A streamlined RFQ flow captures every detail of a job up front, so quotes go back faster. Behind the scenes, a custom job-costing app prices each job against real shop numbers, so margins are set on purpose instead of by feel.

Fully integrated custom software to manage their claims.

The problem

Eagle’s medical billing system surfaces claim detail one way: PDF reports. There is no export and no API, so every claim was typed by hand from those PDFs into a spreadsheet to track it. As claim volume grew, keeping up meant hiring two full-time staff to do nothing but data entry. And because claim data is HIPAA-regulated medical billing information, shortcutting the work through an external AI service was off the table.

What we built

A custom internal platform that integrates with the output their billing system actually produces. Staff drop in claim and EOB PDFs in batches, and a localized parsing engine extracts the detail from each one: claim IDs, members, dates of service, procedure codes, charges, allowed amounts, and adjustment codes. Nothing leaves their environment. Every extraction is validated against existing records, and failed claims land in a work queue where they are tracked to resolution instead of living in a spreadsheet.

Extractions checked against existing records. Anomalies flagged for review, not silently imported.

Failed claims land in a filtered work queue with statuses and running totals.

Every claim tracked to resolution, with a record of each step along the way.

Security

Medical billing data is HIPAA-regulated, and the system treats it that way: role-based access so staff see only what their job requires, encryption in transit and at rest, an audit log on every action, and parsing that runs entirely inside their environment so claim data never reaches an external AI service.

An AI voice agent that answers every billing call.

The problem

Clients with billing questions all called one main line, and there was never enough staff to pick up every call. Questions piled up in a voicemail box, callbacks started from zero context, and real questions waited in line behind spam. It was one of the most painful processes in the business.

An AI voice agent that answers every call, asks the right intake questions, records the details, and screens out spam before it ever reaches the team. When staff call back, the full context is already on screen, so the conversation starts at the answer instead of at the beginning.
