Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hello Spark LLC ("Hello Spark," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit hellospark.ai (the "Site") or contact us. Questions can go to hello@hellospark.ai.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a form or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message.
• Usage information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect information such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location, and IP address.
• Information from data partners. Our visitor identification partners may match your visit to information they or others already hold about you, such as your name, business email address, job title, company, and LinkedIn profile. See "Visitor identification" below.

Visitor identification

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide our services.
• To send business communications and marketing, including to people identified as Site visitors.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To protect the Site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and scripts from service providers for visitor identification and analytics. Our analytics provider, Plausible, does not use cookies and does not collect query strings or form contents.

On your first visit, a cookie notice lets you accept or decline visitor identification cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

• Visitors in the United States and most other regions: visitor identification runs unless you click Decline.
• Visitors in Europe: visitor identification runs only after you click Accept.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not load visitor identification.

Declining stops visitor identification on future page views in that browser. It does not remove information a partner collected before you declined. To opt out of that, use the links in "Visitor identification" above. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your information for money. We share information with:

• Service providers that host the Site, deliver email, run analytics, store data, and identify visitors (for example Netlify, Resend, Plausible, Neon, and RB2B). They may use information only to provide services to us, except where their own privacy policies say otherwise.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others.
• A buyer or successor if Hello Spark is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The visitor identification described above may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out using the links in "Visitor identification."

Your choices and rights

• Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Visitor identification. Opt out at app.retention.com/optout and, for GDPR requests, rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@hellospark.ai to make a request. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Visitors outside the United States

Hello Spark is based in the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and on your consent where required. You may object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Children

The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
