In-home therapy AI intake for billing calls for Integrated Clinix.
Billing questions came into one main line, and staff couldn’t always answer. Questions collected in voicemail, leaving staff to work out the reason for each call. We built a voice agent that asks the intake questions, records the details, and screens spam so staff have context before calling back.
Integrated Clinix’s website. Our work on this project focused on billing call intake.
Getting the details before the callback
A caller with a billing question may not know who they need to speak to. The agent asks what the call is about and collects the details staff need to respond. This gives the person returning the call a starting point, without asking the caller to navigate a phone tree.
Separating intake from the billing response
The agent handles the initial conversation and prepares notes. Staff can then review the question and follow up. Spam screening helps keep unwanted calls out of that work, while billing questions have the context needed for a response.
